Even though it’s just August, Starbucks is officially welcoming fall. Fans may order the much awaited Pumpkin Spice Latte, or “PSL,” for the 20th consecutive year as of today, August 24.
But that’s not all—to assist customers celebrate the approaching season, the coffee giant will also be serving up both new and returning autumnal treats.
What’s new?
Starbucks recently introduced the Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte, a popular fall beverage that was inspired by a barista creation and customer favorite. This beverage has a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, pumpkin cream chilled foam, and spiced chai.
Next up is the chain’s recently introduced Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, which is a variation of its well-liked Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.
This combines the flavors of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar with Starbucks’ Blonde Espresso. After that, they are combined and covered with oat milk.
Starbucks is introducing its Baked Apple Croissant, a new treat to go with your seasonal beverage. This unique treat combines two beloved baked goods: layers of croissant dough are wrapped around a warm apple pie filling and dusted with sugar.
This year, fall-themed food and beverages will be available for the first time ever at Starbucks Reserve locations.
These include the new Pumpkin Spice Whiskey Barrel-Aged Iced Latte and Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini from Princi Bakery, as well as the Starbucks Reserve Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Spice Cake from Princi.
What will return?
Starbucks is bringing back two beloved fall beverages in addition to the PSL. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is returning for the fifth year running.
This beverage consists of a blend of vanilla syrup and cold brew from Starbucks, topped with a coating of pumpkin spice and pumpkin cream cold foam.
Additionally available to consumers is the Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato. This fall dessert-inspired coffee drink, which debuted last year, combines flavors of apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar with espresso and a drizzle of spiced apple. This can be requested hot, iced, or blended, just like the PSL.
Starbucks is bringing back its Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Owl Cake Pop fall menu offerings.
